Thank you for supporting All4Christ. Every purchase directly contributes to our mission of funding a clean water borehole project in Uganda.

Because 100% of profits are committed to this mission at the time of purchase, we operate a limited returns policy outlined below.

Refund & Returns Policy

At All4Christ, each order contributes directly toward our clean water project. Once a purchase is made, the associated donation is irrevocably allocated to the project.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns except in the following circumstances:

Eligible Returns

We will replace or refund items if:

  • The wrong size was sent compared to what was ordered

  • The product arrives faulty or damaged

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item received

  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Minor variations in colour due to screen differences

Please ensure you review the size guide carefully before ordering.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, shipping times depend on the delivery service selected at checkout.

United Kingdom Shipping

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

2–4 business days

Royal Mail First Class
1–2 business days

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed)
Next business day delivery (usually before 1pm)

Please note delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to:

These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon arrival if required by local authorities.

All4Christ is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.
